Have an event coming up and would like to get the word out? Submit your event to The Gazette and have it published on the website!
This form is for non-commercial community events. For promotion of commercial events, please visit our advertising page.

Submission Guidelines

• Provide the event information at least three days in advance.
• Provide an event description between 50-200 words.
• Provide an image or illustration for the event.

Event submissions will only be accepted from current Western/USC departments, affiliated clubs, student councils and student groups.

The Gazette reserves the right to refuse publishing any event submission.
