A physiotherapist who was set to teach two courses at Western this winter has agreed to forfeit his right to practice in Ontario following allegations he sexually abused a 21-year old Western student.
Dillon Richards, who taught in the Western Health Science department, is being investigated by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario for allegedly sexually abusing a 21-year old patient at a private practice. Richards is also facing a $2.65 million civil lawsuit over similar claims.
